IMO talent over experience because talent can make up for mistakes that are made because of inexperience.

What do you guys/gals think?

its hard to say... are you talking about an individual or as a team whole?

experience because you have to be able to handle certain situations when its crunch time.

If you're ever gonna be the best you gotta have them both.

However if I had to pick one right now, I'd say talent.

Tough question. I have to go with talent, I think, mainly because we had 6-7 starting sophomores last year and only one had ever played a down at the varsity level.

Yeah, talent. :)

tough question, i went with talent in a situation where you have qualified nothing.

Now if you qualify it by saying you have a team that is pretty darn talented and a team that is talented but not quite pretty darn talented but experienced, now that would change the whole idea.

Experience with top coaching wins. We played a 4a JV against our JV and won with less talent. We played Allens JV and also won with less talent. The boys on both squads had more time playing ball and together in the same systems and with the same coaches and it showed.
