Bellville and Caldwell will play Saturday at Brenham High School at 2:00. Bellville played really well tonight and proved to themselves they are worthy. Eilers, Braun and Ignasiak were on tonight and Sanders played well also. Coach Brewer should be very proud of her girls after tonight. I hope they will practice hard and be ready for Saturday's match. Go Bellville!

Wharton will have a hard time with either team, Both Caldwell and Bellville are going to make a good run in the play-offs

If you weren't there last night you missed an awesome game. Way to go Bellville.....All those tough practices and hard pre district games are really paying off and it really showed in games 4 & 5. We'll be there with bells on Saturday!!!!

Just wondering, with all her success at Bellville, why hasn't Coach Brewer gone to a 5A school or a college program?

I don't know but I am glad she is right here in Bellville. My daughter has learned alot from her and the other Bellville Coaches.

She likes small school atmosphere

She was in my graduating class at East Bernard

She only played volleyball in her freshman year

She concentrated on tennis

Learned the volleyball game from Norma Pullin who has a state record of 13 stat championships and 20 state tournament appearances

Don't know the answer to that, but perhaps for her own curiosity, word was she has interviewed a time or two at the Katy schools as new ones have opened up over the last few years. Can't argue with her success at Bellville! She is a legend. Good luck to the Brahmanettes in another playoff run!
