With Halloween just around the corner, I'd thought I'd see what are some of your favorite scary movies. This time of year, I just can't help but to break out my DVDs and watch all of my horror movies.

I have all of the Hellraisers, the Romero Dead Series and their remakes, the Nightmare series, and the Poltergeist series. I love horror, especially 80s horror.

My favorite t-shirt in high school was t-shirt that had several ofmy heroes on it: Freddy, Jason, Michael, Pinhead, and Chucky.

I love the original Haloween, not the crap that came out a month ago but the original. Part II was good too as it just continued one. With the exeption of a few of them part 3, part 6 I like the Haloween movies alot.

I'd have to agree. Parts 1, 2, 4, and 5 are pretty good together. H2O was ok, but the rest just flat out suck. I haven't seen the remake yet.

The Underworld movies are fun, but the part that most interested me was the back story. They show some of it in flashbacks, as well as the opening of the second movie. I read that a third one might be on the way and that it would be a prequel that would focus on the beginning of everything.

I have to agree! I have the ringtone on my phone right now and have my 6 year old hooked on the movie. We love Michael at my house- except for my husband (he hates scary movies).
I tend to go for the old ones.
Children of the Corn was good- I love Malikai (sp?).........

The Original Texas Chainsaw Massacre, scared the living crap out of me. You know the old one that looks like a snuff flim or something. I also liked Children of the Corn and some of you might remember a movie from the 80's called Witchboard, that was cool.

For as bad as the Children of the Corn movies are, I still find myself watching them(original and the sequels) and finding ways to enjoy them. I really can't explain it. I can't help but think eventually there will be a remake of this movie soon.

While it was good, I was a bit disapointed in it..Fillion was good, but the movie did not live up to what I thought it would be

I like all horror. I don't think a movie has to be bloody to be scary, but sometimes it's just fun to watch a gorefest. I love suspense and movies that keep you guessing.

I went to see "The Nightmare before Christmas" in 3D with my wife this weekend because neither of us had been allowed to see it as children, but we couldn't believe that they didn't give any student discounts and charged a premium to see the movie! It was $10 a ticket! Pretty cool movie, but not worth the money.

I didn't see this movie until a year ago. It's fun and my kids like it. Right now, though, we've been watching Monster House like crazy. That's a fun movie too.

the new ones are great because they're in what they call "Real-D". They look just like the original movies with perfect color, but they have parts that move out and jump at you.
