It looks like Gonzales and Ingleside might meet each other first round playoffs. Here is the only situation they have in common.

Ingleside beat Aransas Pass 24-0
Goliad beat Aransas Pass 34-7
Gonzales beat Goliad 70-14

What assets does Ingleside have and how will they compare to m the Apaches? I have never seen them play.

I would love see Cuero vs Ingleside but it's not gonna happen unless somehow Gonzales fails to make it but more likely they would make it

We only have a 5 team district. Gonzales 2-0, Cuero 2-0, Palacios 0-2, Yoakum 0-1, Goliad 0-1. There are not many more chickens to be hatched and Gonzo is "big school". If Ingleside is DI then we are probably going to play.

I figured it out. Goliad lost to Three Rivers in a scrimmage by 5 touchdowns (35 points just for the sake of arguing) Three Rivers lost to Skidmore by 14. Skidmore beat Ap by 8, then Ingleside beat AP by 24. If my math is correct (and I am sure that it is) Ingleside would have beat Goliad by 81 points compared to Gonzales' measley 56 points and therefore Ingleside beats Gonzales in the 1st round 25-0. Good job Mustangs and 30-AAA. You are already in the 2nd round of the playoffs and you aint even out of district.:D

Does anyone remember a Alejo Pacini? He coaches in Diboll now and if I heard correctly last week, he coached in Gonzales. Can anyone confirm this?

He did coach in Gonzales briefly.
