i wish that was the problem....baylor needs to start winning again, one day maybe it will happen, but not any time soon....

not an excuse, see USC, Miami, Notre Dame, Wake Forest, Boston College, and even BYU and TCU as teams that have been in the top 25 the past couple years....there is only around 15 private schools that play D1A football and that is 7 of them right there that compete on the highest level, over 1/3 almost 1/2....that is far better odds than the tons of public schools in D1A, the problem is the attitude at Baylor and if the school is willing to commit to winning in football like they are willing to commit to it in every other sport we play....football is expensive and baptist are cheap (i'm a baptist and i went to baylor so i can say this with confidence) trying to get cheap baptist to give their money to a struggling program to compete with the joneses of the college football world is a problem that baylor will have to figure out how to fix.....
