I was watching the tigers practice the other day, and I think their getting their cards straight, finally. I'm ready to see em' get back on the field.

Who is the best team? Wylie. Who will make it the farthest? I would have to go with Snyder. They go West in the playoffs first and shouldn't have any real playoff competition until week three of the playoffs.

Clyde is a good team. But, can they depend on teams to cough the ball up 4-5 times in the playoffs? Vernon in the second round should be a tough test for them.

Snyder. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Snyder and Clyde meet in the third round. Clyde is the frontrunner for top seed in Division 2 from 7-3A. Sweetwater might not even make the playoffs, depends on the Brenkenridge game. Wylie can go at least two rounds in the Division 1 playoffs.

Snyder and Wylie would be a fun game this year though. Both teams are scoring tons of points and one of them is giving up a ton of points. Could be something like 55-35. Sweetwater would be too small for a 3rd round playoff game for a 3A school. Now, if we were talking a 1A or 2A game, then yes, Sweetwater it would be, but I'd almost guarantee they'd play it at Shotwell. Unless Snyder's coach didn't want to play there, but since the renovation it's a wonderful complex and could handle the crowd.

are you kidding???? we hosted Stephenville and Andrews and held a crowd of 14,000+ and since we actually have a bowl it intensifies the sound and the atmosphere

I stand corrected. I didn't realize ya'll field held that many. Were there a lot standing? It just never seemed like the Bowl could hold that many people, but I was off in that respect. Either way, I'm gonna have to start firing up the truck here in a few weeks come playoff time. I won't even get to my first game until Snyder and Andrews play here in a few weeks.

its cool man....yeah there were ppl standing but you are at the top of the bowl looking down..its still awesome...i wish i could get a picture of the Mustang Bowl packed just so everyone could see how much of an amazing sight it is.....i loved playing in that place
