For two teams about to become 4A next re-alignment...

They are playing gawd awful football in 3A...

What happened???

Our offense is crippled with injuries right now.

Thanks for your concerns though.

I am concerned...

And don't take this as bashing...

But Hutto has over 1200 kids in school, and Cameron/Rockdale have 400/500...

So the injury bug is not real convenient to use...

I guess I'm frustrated because I wanted Hutto to make the playoffs so I could see the Liberty Hill/Giddings rematch...

Nothing Personal...

Just Business...

and Business ain't good in Hutto....

1. We don't have 1200 kids.

2. When your offense is totally out of kilter because you are using kids who are not usually playing that much, it is a major difference.

3. Just look at the difference in our first four games offensively as compared to the last three.

:(

Apparently there has been a ton of move-ins from Round Rock and Pflugerville since the last re-alignment....

I stand corrected as it's 1027 and not 1200...

But, I've seen Cameron and Rockdale play and it is shocking to know that both of those teams beat the Hippos...

Rockdale has injuries as well. On the opening kickoff we lost our starting free safety to an injury, the starting Strong safety is still out with an injury, and we have a DT out for the year and 2 starting lineman out as well.

I looked down to the field in the 3rd qtr and the Tigers had 6 sophomores on defense. Not making excuses for any losses here, just that everyone has some, some more than others............

Even if LH did go D2, this game is far, far from happening again.

You won't be sucessful in 4a with just a few good kids. In 3a you can get by with that.
