This was at Lake Worth and honestly I thought we would lose this one after seeing Lake Worth's score last week against Velt. It was 10-0 at the half and should've been 24-0 if not for turning it over twice inside the 5 yard line (Once on downs and the other on a fumble.)...We got it to 24-0 before they scored and they put up a couple of late TD's to get the final score. We forced 5 TO's (4 in the first half) and the defense played the best they have all season.
The best thing about tonight was Madison has finally found itself a bonafide QB with our sophomore signal caller. We haven't had a QB like this since we started winning in 2004.
