I registered for the downlow since then the Ev phenomenon has swept the 3adownlow this place hasnt been the same since

the place wouldn't be the same without you E_V :)



it's hard for me believe it but 9 years ago today (10/15/98) - it started raining and didn't stop until Oct 17th - then on Oct 18th, the Guadalupe River changed the town forever - nearly 4000 of the 6000+ residents of Cuero were flooded out of their homes....... hard to believe it's been 9 years............

Sinton had 2 floods happen in the month of October - one back in 1984 or 85 - I think Sinton66 remembers - I was in junior high during one of them

not trying to be rude or selfish and i feel horrible for all the flood victims but this thread is about ev and glorifying all his great and outstanding accomplishments in his two years on the downlow

I was in S.A. during that flood...almost didn't make it out.

i was in cameron, la. when it rained. i had to drive all the way to seguin to get across the guadalupe river. i remember seeing round hay bales that had been pushed to the side of the road so that the road could open.
