There is only one 3A district remaining that has the possibility for an undefeated vs. undefeated match-up on November 9th.

District 23 has the possiblity of undefeated Caldwell vs. undefeated Giddings on October 26th.

But, if Whitesboro and Celina keep winning, their matchup would be a matchup of undefeated teams for the district 9 championship on November 9th.

Can you imagine how insane Bobcat field will be if both teams can keep winning?

Go Bearcats! Go Bobcats!

If Whitesboro made it to 11/9 unbeaten that would mean the drought is over, correct?

Do you think Whitesboro can beat Frisco?

Possibly. Wakeland had -1 rushing against us and 1 against Prosper and Prosper almost tied the game at the end with what many say is a blown call by the ref's. It will be close but Whitesboro will have the advantage of more game film of wakeland against a common opponent.

Per enrollement figures, I believe Princeton is the biggest school, followed by Bohnam.

The big schools (Bonham-Princeton) in this district are the worst (along with the smallest - Van Alstyne). Whitesboro and/or Wakeland will make the playoffs and they have identical enrollments - one of them will be the DI rep.

I remember before last season started, how Bonham was licking their chops at the re-districting and the small schools were added into their district. :) :)

Of the teams with the potential for playoffs, Wakeland Whitesboro
and Prosper depending on who gets in from largest to smallest.
Pilot Point and Celina are the two smallest schools in the district with Celina the smallest at 429 enrollment. Pilot Point probably has a good shot at a spot since Whitesboro has to come to them for a game. Whitesboro also plays us at home. It is going to be some kind of district finish for the 2nd and 3rd finish.

One thing is for certain. This week will show alot about where the district is going as Whitesboro plays Wakeland and Pilot Point
plays Prosper. It is almost a must win for all four teams.
