he is the current leader in rushing yard, the previous leader willie parker was bye this weekend, and now ad is leading by about 50 yards.

I know these are good
but why?
let someone come blazing down the field full speed
and blow his knee out

He'll go down as the best RB since Emmitt. I think he'll be better than Faulk and LT. Very similar to Eric Dickerson, but I think he's even better.

Look at this list of all-time great NFL RB's who hailed from Texas:

-LT
-Eric Dickerson
-Earl Campbell
-Thurman Thomas
-Adrian Peterson (well, I guess we'll have to wait 10 years and hope he doesn't go the way of Griffey, Jr)

Feel free to add more if you can think of them.

dumb i agree as well

minnesota has had a good defense, i think one of their cb's has lead the league in ints since 2002? something around there, minnesotas defense is one of the top scoring in the league, for the last 2 years it seems like thats the only time they have been able to score. they have something good in peterson, maybe they can finally get the offense going, keep him healthy and he can hopefully keep you happy.

Has anyone thought about how close UT fans came to having both AD and VY in the same backfield? Its pretty useless but fun to think about what we could have watched

I agree Eagles. It would have been great and then AP could have been on the NC team that he thought he would get at Oklahoma.

I hope he keeps doing great at Minnesota. The thing that worries me is the injury possibility. That happened to him at Oklahoma. I hope it doesn't though.

He will get tackled this week in Dallas. Assuming that the Vikings continue to feed him the ball.
