Gatewood arrested again

By Suzanne Halliburton | Sunday, October 7, 2007, 12:31 PM

Former Longhorn safety Tyrell Gatewood is in Travis County Jail, waiting to post bail on two misdemeanor drug charges.

He was arrested Saturday night for marijuana possession and for possession on a controlled substance.

It was his second arrest in a month. Gatewood, who had been in his final semester with the football team, was suspended indefinitely Sept. 13 on possession charges. Texas coach Mack Brown said he could return to the team only if he cleared up his legal problems.

The title of this thread is misleading. He is a former player.

I hope this isn't a picture of what you thought it was, because the picture is 10 times funnier if so...

Ha, I just noticed that. I guess UT players are doing some good when they get in trouble by becoming EMTs?

I know... hell, you even get a computer (notice mouse) with a webcam on it (notice picture? ha)...

hell, you even get metal zippers on your suit, which is something every inmate should have
