I don't have time to study statewide teams a scores to put my own top 20 together, but I usually agree with texasfootball.com ratings. They do this for a living and probably have the resources to be as accurate as possible, even though I'm sure not all these teams are going to pan out in the end.

If I had time, I would divide these teams into a possible Div 1 and Div 2, polls or possible playoff brackett. That would be interesting to look at.
