i thought that Gainesville was #1 in hhe Harris poll, and they got one first place vote in the AP poll ...wouldnt that give them 2 first place votes?

boy - you Gainesville folks worry and gripe about the polls more than anyone !!! Guess when you're not used to being there its only natural ............... :D :D :D

Ozzy...How do you get the Harris Ratings info?you have to subscribe to it. It's an e-mail/fax service now.

As for the #1 votes, Gobbla is right. The #1 votes are being ranked #1 in each poll. Burnet was #1 in 6 of the polls. Gainesville was #1 in the Harris.

I am telling everone right now don't take your eyes off of Everman. Come playoff time they are ready and prepared to go all of the way. It doesn't matter if they lost 2 games this year. I don't know how well Lawton is doing this year, but I do pick Kennedale to win the Div 2 tile this year. Matthew could you please try and find out how well Lawton is doing this year in OK. Just curious on that fact.
