Sure it was a good game, good job Burk. Congrats to Vernon, yall got what yall wanted, but since yalll couldn't do it Burk did. But Burk played goood as did we, good game both sides.

I have no regrets for pickin clyde to win...
It definitely was the best game that I have seen in a long time...
Anybody have any questions about the game just ask and I can probably answer them about the game.

Seems as though Burk is playing good ball right now. Gonna be interesting starting next week for district 6-3a.

Graham will get whats coming. It is time we start getting back to the Vernon/Graham race for the district title. Graham better win the title because we all know that is about as big as it gets for them. Vernon will get the ship righted (hopefully) and gear up for another deep run at the STATE title.
I dont care what you say, because I know deep down inside, behind the screen name you are scared of playing us.

There actually is grass, and the grass is pretty nice. It was one of the nicest surfaces I played on in high school. Better than wylie's, vernon's, burk's, breck's, and some more.

Do you have any reason to contradict, or has it been to long since u were actually in pads and on the field. Because it has only been about a year for me...;)

If it's only been a year then you must have got knock out cold coming out of the dressing room at AW stadium. There may be some grass fields comparable, but there is not one any better than AW grass surface. Escpecially within 150 miles of Abilene or any other field you could have played on.

that field is a water trough away from being labeled goat pasture. The grass is thin.

no but the visitor locker room floor is very slick though.
i couldnt disagree with u more.
i have played on that field 4 times and it has always been a wreck.
they keep the grass to tall and when it rains the north side of the field becomes a soupy mess.
I remember the last statement that my coach made about the field was, "I guess they are getting ready to put turf in or something."
