Bellville's Spanky Stevens has been hired by FNL to help with the show.

I saw it. It had everything from childbirth to a murder.

no joke - I was surprised Tammy was having the baby in the 1st show.. but it makes sense - got pregnant in December so the baby would be born in Aug :p I raised 3 boys and no girls - tell me, do most 16 year old girls have the attitude Coach Taylor's daughter has? mercy  I am curious to see how the 'murder" investigation storyline unfolds!

The used car dealer booster killed the new coach when he kicked him out of practice. He also tried to kill his xwife's new hippie boyfriend. Peace.

I didn't see that part........... but what Brahma mom and I were talking about is - the guy that tried to rape Tara (sp) last season - has been stalking her and he attacked her outside a store late at night and her boyfriend (I forget his name) hit him over the back of the head with something and it killed him - then they dumped the body off a bridge........... (or we assume that's what they did)

I like the show, but I wish they wouldn't focus on sex, drugs, drinking, and more on football.

This is supposed to be a high school in Texas. It sets a bad example for our youth.

In the previews, I noticed the boyfriend picking up a bottle, but in the actual show it looked like a pipe. I wonder why they changed the scene? I don't like the way this is heading.

not real sure - I think I might watch it again before I delete it off Tivo.. and the boy Tara is "dating" - his name is Landry.. I keep forgetting his name..

Stupid kids. It would have been a slippery "self defense" angle (but it probably would've worked), but they just made things ALOT worse by doing what they did! I finally watched it today!!
