KTA will probably say it's bad, but when your starting QB is well enough to play, I would say it's a good thing.:D

Remember how it went last time he said he was fine to play the next game after injury against KSU. That was the excuse for months. I say its a bad thing.

I think he should not rush back and Mack should give the nod to Chiles :D

Well I think Colt needs a new offensive line. 3 tipped balls means that the line was letting the defense into the backfield and passing lanes and that has been the issue all year. Give Colt time and he can hurt you. Tip the ball and no telling where it will go. Colt could play better but the line play has been from average to bad. On both sides of the ball.

Well there are plenty of things wrong with Texas but #1 problem is the OC. The play calling really sucks and it is really easy to get him out of his game plan.

bad....I can understand that the guy wants to lead his team but damn if you are hurt don't say your fine because all you will do is lose the job. IMO I think he's scared of Chiles competition so he pulled that "I'm fine" card again.

This game just went from a L to a whipping. I think Mack is sheltering him, I dont even think there was a real "concussion" just Macks way of protecting him.

If Colt thinks that KSU hits hard, he better be ready come Saturday.

Whats the deal with him? He is always getting hurt, I would let John Chiles take his place and make him ride the pine, I mean i'm a Texas fan but geez, I know people in high school that are tougher than him. He's a baby

This is probably a good thing. What would it accomplish throwing Chiles out there against this defense? I don't know that it accomplishes too much of anything.

The flipside of this is how hurt is Colt? If Colt isn't hurt then start him. However if he shows early on that he's still showing the lingering effects of a concussion then I would go along with putting Chiles in there. I just worry that Granger is going to be seeing some "olay" blocks and if that kid gets ahold of Colt it could be the end of his season. The hits Colt has taken from KSU and A&M will pale in comparison to what could happen if Granger gets a free shot at him.

Too bad this isn't a poll. I was looking for the "Who cares" option. :p ;)

(Personally, I'm seeing shades of 2006......didn't he have a concussion then? Or was it just the shoulder?)

His first appearence against OU he came in for chance mock and we got slaughtered. 2nd year we lost 12-0 and the 3rd year we prevailed and won the national championship

UT's offense was designed for VY not McCoy, So start Chiles it's college football and these days it's anyones game.... I was at last years Texas vs. Aggies and on the first series all short passes it was like they knew he could not throw the deep ball, Should have started what's his name, would have probably beat the Aggies and played in the big 12 championship game. Start Chiles...
