Well that got it together tonight. Sweetwater is too darn predictable with the run. The Steers did not have the man power to stop it.

A 40 - 0 blowout, and it really wasnt even that close. 34 - 0 at the half, then the dogs were called off, but Big Spring had very little more luck against the reserves.
Plain and simply, Big Spring sux bad. Sadly it probably has more to do with very poor coaching from what I can tell. They have some pretty good athletes, but they are just a terrible team all the way around.
But Sweetwater did a great job and really stuck it to them. The starting O had well over 300 yards offense in the 1st half before bringing in the reserves.

What the heck happened to Coach Butler at Big Spring? Did he leave on his own?

Big Spring had a tiny team. Pretty pathetic for a school with over 1,000 students.
