Adamson extended its unbeaten streak with it's fifth win of the season defeating Bishop Dunne 15-14 at Sprague Stadium.
Roderick Goodlow's three interceptions keyed the victory. Each interception was critical in the game. The first interception thwarted a Bishop Dunne drive late in the second quarter inside the Adamson 20 yard line. Goodlow's second interception set up Adamson's game winning drive in the third quarter. The seven play 52- yard scoring drive was capped by Jourdan Hughes's 24-yard reception from Victor Garcia. Goodlow's third interception came with 2:26 to play preserving the win.

Oh and I can't think of a single team in Dallas that'd turn down Goodlow. He'd start for both Kimball and SOC.

That game was also a pretty good measuring stick of where y'all are at in my opinion. Pinkston beat Bishop Dunne 14-12 to open the season. Y'all win that Pinkston game, knock off Seagoville and A. Maceo and you're going to the playoffs this year! The Pinkston game will be the one to decide that third slot and I believe y'all can get it!

Am I mistaken.....perhaps I'm misremembering.....I thought Adamson had been having a tough time of it up 'til this season. Did they go from "0-fer" to a five game win streak, or am I confusing something else? If they did, then KA's got quite an accomplishment there.

They were 0 for their last 31 and were 1-58 in their last 59 games before this season.

this again is a testament to the head coach and the staff he has assembled around him... great guy who obviously has put the right people in place and allowed them to do their job correctly and more importantly, get the kids to believe in themselves
