Sinton (0-3) vs. Robstown (1-4) {poll added}

Robstown won their first game against Laredo LBJ 27-0, but then lost to: United South, Rockport-Fulton & CC Moody.

This is their homecoming...sure would like to see us disrupt their party. :D

I know the Pirates have just scored their 1st TD, but I keep hearing about this steady improvement the team has been showing week after week and not just from our fans, so I'm hoping this is the week these boys get the pay off they've been working for since mid-August!!! :clap: :clap:

I have seen both play. Robstown started out real strong in our scrimmage, but ran out of gas late. Sinton never really got started and was on a 1/4 tank the whole game. Hate to say it, Robstown is my vote although I'd sure like to see Sinton get a win.

Robstown is playing at home and it's their homecoming. Plus they are 4A and Sinton is 3A. Gotta go with the Pickers.

I say the Mighty Pirates of Sinton will win this game. The guys have been improving each game. It sure was great to get that first touchdown of the season. Now it's time to get the first win of the season. My son says that they have been very focused in practice this week. I can't wait for friday.

I saw Sintons game against Beeville last night on HSSBN and Sinton only drive that didnt have at least two first downs was the first drive which was Interception on the 2nd play. Pirates seem to be able to move the ball some just having trouble putting it in the endzone. Pirates had 5 drives into Beeville terriroty. Defense played much better upfront than they did the 2 previous games. I look for the Pirates to break out and finish alot the drives with scores.
