Thomas Hosley, Sweetwater

First career start at QB (out first 3 weeks with back injury)

Rushing 5 times for 103 yards and 2 TD's ...only played the 1st half with the big halftime lead.

Steven Fields, Sweetwater

Steven also had also had a fine game for Sweetwater with 8 rushes for 108 yards with 3 TD's plus a 4th TD on a 55 yard punt return.

All of these points scored in the 1st half against a very good Canyon team that was a 21 point favorite!

Colton Wilber, Greenwood QB

Wilber rushed for 128 yards and a touchdown, passed for 96 more and directed a game-winning touchdown drive.....all of this with a torn MCL that he WAS NOT going to let slow him down.

This may have been the first game since his soph. year and the last game we will see him play!!:( :(

Will Clay, Snyder. 32 rushes for 183 and 3TDs.

Can the Snyder offensive line be nominated for helping Clay gain 983 yds and 14TDs in the first 4 games?

J.P. Fonseca had a carrier best of 362 rushing yards, 5 rushing touchdowns 2 kickoffs returned tds for another 192 yards, 1 punt returned td for 62 yards, and 2 interceptions both returned for touchdowns (32 yards and 52 yards respectivly). this kid is a monster!!!. already college sized( 6'2'' 225, run a 4.3). he plays againt Horizon next week..... theyre expecting another 300+ rushing game.

1 kid.... 10 touchdowns, 5 on offense, 2 on defense, 3 on special teams. go look for his highlight film on youtube, his name isnt very big since he just moved before the season....and he is a freshman!!!, soon everyone will know his name.

only other person to score from his team was the kicker.... where he even missed 2 extra points. oh well..... 68- 7 still isnt bad.

just unbelievable.

well...its called math..and its a great thing....10 TD's = 60 points

10 more possible points from xtra point kicks would make 70...minus the 2 missed ='s OMG....68!!!!!!

Okay!!

I guess this kid won't be included on the Region I player of the week poll, because I can't find a Region I 3A team that even HAD that score...so they are either NOT from Region I, Not from 3A...or maybe doesn't even exist at all!!!
