Well actually, since he asked who had the longest playoff streak in 3A and Celina has bounced back and forth between 3A and 2A, that is incorrect!!

All I can is if you look at the link that I provided Celina is nowhere on there...BECAUSE they haven't been in 3A the entire time. I am sure in the all class mix, they would be right up there around the top.....but, that wasn't what he asked!!:p :p

I said Celina because they are IN 3A as of this time
so if the question was 2A they would be out also?

so where is Celina no where?

my bad

Since they have jumped classes, I don't think they can be considered a "streak" for a particular class. If you are just talking about all time playoff streaks no matter what class you were in at the time, I am sure Celina is way up there!!

WOS87 probably has that stat somewhere!!:D

Ask and ye shall receive...

Celina is actually tied with Abilene Wylie for the longest active playoff streak among teams who are currently 3A, both with 13 consecutive appearances beginning in 1994. Pilot Point has the longest all-time streak of any current 3A program with 22 consecutive appearances from 1979-2000.

Current 3A teams are highlighted below in RED
