LG got off to a bad start again, but came back strong in the 3rd & 4th quarter to give away the game to Gonzales on the 3 yard line after 3 tries for the possible go ahead TD and extra point as time expired. LG has one more chance for a win, playing Luling after the bye week, prior to the start of a tough District schedule. LG will compete in District but will not have near the athletes as the opposing teams will have. However, a great group of motivating coaches and a lot of heart will tell the tale for LG. Sometimes it's better to be the underdog! Go LG!
