Fort Worth--Adamson used a strong running game to remain undefeated following a 35-6 win over Fort Worth Polytechnic. It marked the fourth consecutive game that Adamson (4-0) had scored 35 points. Running back DeAires Lynn had 15 carries for 111 yards and one touchdown. Nickholes Valentine contributed 12 carries for another 116 yards. Jourdan Hughes recorded two touchdowns, including the games first score on a 80-yard fumble return. Fort Worth Poly (1-2) seemed to get on track in the third quarter. Poly's Edward Signal returned the second- half kickoff 80 yards for a score to cut the deficit to 21-6. Poly's defense then held Adamson to a four-and-out and marched to Adamson's 3-yard line. However, Poly squandered the opportunity with a penalty, a negative running play and a interception in the end zone. Adamson answered with an 11-play scoring drive to push the lead to 21 points.
