They didn't. This score is lessening that win by the minute.

Gotta be tough for the SLC kids to play a game on saturday then have to come back in less than 5 days and play another game.

i think it's safe to say after 3 games:
SLC's defense may not be good enough for a championship team this year
RW went for it on 4th down on there own 30, tunr over on downs SLC ball
SLC's defense may not be good enough for a championship team this year
I agree

when was the last time someone hung 35 on the dragons?
granted, they did have a big game on saturday and they played again on thursday, and rockwall is a heck of a team
but you can't tell me that after an 80-1 record that there isnt something going on if a team is in danger of losing two straight
RW punts SLC on the SLC 20

I was switching back and forth in the 2nd half and that game confirmed to me that MNW didn't beat our best team. Not by a longshot.
I firmly agree with that.....I think Todd D not being there has affected them in more ways then they could of EVER imagined.

I think they do miss Dodge. They're still a good team, but nothing about them really stands out right now. Rockwall is a good team, not a great one. That it took SEVEN TD passes to finally put them away would be a bit troubling to me if I was an SLC fan.

What is overlooked also is that SLC has a new coach and new system. That worked to Miami's advantage.

I don't think they have a new system. Wasson had been there before, in case you aren't aware.
Dodge was going to leave sooner of later, it was going to be tough for any coach to come in and try to replicate what Dodge has done. Wasson is a good coach, and he will do a good job for the Dragons.

Yeah it looked like they lost a good chunk of the bandwagon. Didn't see all that many SLC fans in the stands from what I saw on TV.
me either, like somebody said earlier I think it was just a social event for them more then anything (I hate fake fans)

It wasn't a matter of losing the bandwaggon as much as it was the thought of driving 40 to 50 miles all the way through Dallas rush hour traffic on a Thursday night, not to mention all the construction, to see a pre district game that was televised. 40 to 50 miles just soulds like a hop, skip and a jump to those of us that are used to the Hill Country or South Texas, but it may as well be 100 miles going through Dallas during rush hour. Most of SLC's district games are within 10 to 15 miles I think. Now the playoffs, thats another story.:)

On a side note, I had to chuckle about the charter busses the school hired for the band and team to make the trip. Dorothy, we ain't in Kansas anymore!

Rockwall filled half of the visitor side stadium aswell. The stadium its self was pretty dinky.
