This is the 1930 version. The great Lon Chaney stars. He was a great silent film star that starred in the 1925 version. It is a great movie and a chance to see Lon Chaney in his only sound movie. Unfortunately he passed away a month after this movie was made. He would have easily adjusted to sound movies. I know the time is not great so set those recorders.
