FUNNY BELLVILLE BOUGHT A VINYL ONE A COUPLE YEARS AGO BUT I CAN ONLY REMEMBER THEM USING IT A FEW TIMES......I GUESS GOOD OLE FASHION PAPER AND PAINT IS THE ONLY WAY TOO GO

We have a paper run through sign for the beginning of the game, although most of the sayings are pretty cheesy, then a reusable sign for the 2nd half.

Helmets and tunnels are to cheesy. The only cool tunnel run though I have seen was with ennis a few years ago. The tunnel is big enough for the entire team to fit into and the front end is closed, they actually have good smoke machines and not fire extinguishers

Celina runs through a paper sign at the start of the game and then a vinyl and velcro to start the second half.

Here is what I know, every time I see a team run through an inflatable tunnel. That team loses.

Maybe this is sheer jealousy, but I despise the inflatable loser tube!

Gp still uses the run through banner because those blowups cost $10K plus.

Best run through was when old high had a huge fiber glass coyote head with red eyes and smoke coming out the mouthe. They ran out to Blind by Korn

Graham has a helmet with the smoke- but I have to be honest... I would rather just have the old school painted sign (I guess that shows my age). That smoke smells awful- can't be good for the boys!!!!!

Along the same lines, before your team comes out on the field, do they all huddle together and do the "HELL YEAH, HELL YEAH HELL YEAH? I heard Synder do it last weekend and noticed Caldwell did it at the game I went to.

Also... how many teams hold up 4 fingers at the end of the 3rd Quarter?

Actually they weren't pine-riders, they were part of the defense who had stopped a Marlin drive. They were sitting on the bench going back and forth saying exactly what she said. That's one thing about the bowl not having a track between the field and the fans, you can hear nearly everything that is being said on the bench between the players and the coaches and the players sometimes whether you want to or not.

The fourth quarter fingers is appropriate if you're AHEAD. But, not if you're 50 points behind. If I was a coach and my kids did that when way behind, they'd run their butts until they were too tired to hold up anymore fingers.

Many a team has scored and come back from an overwhelming deficite in the 4th quarter before.

So don't look for Liberty Hill to Stop either owning the Forth Quarter or go down hard trying.

It'll stay and is appropriate.

Coach Vance actually started the 4th qtr thing here, ahead or behind. I'm sure it means roughly the same most places, but it's a reminder that football is played for 4 quarters and to never stop giving it everything you have during those final 12 minutes.

The mindset of the Panthers in the first "Vance" year needed every one of the things he instilled in them after the previous HC. The 4th qtr thing, Thunderstruck (Purple Thunder) and gassers were the first things, followed by "Hold the Rope" the second season. Those things remain year after year.

Take a look at the job the Columbus Cardinal cheerleaders do. They work their booty off during the week. They have a real run through sign for game opener and at half time. They do an extremely good job during the week along with other school functions, pep rallies, along with keeping up with their school work. They are all "A" students.
Congrats on the good job.
