On this date it was the third week of my Junior year at Sinton High. The Pirates just came off a great victory over the Taft Greyhounds 37-10 in Pirate Stadium. While the Cuero Gobblers were tearing up the field gobbling their way to stay on top of the rankings

In theaters these great films were released for the weekend of 18-19-20

Fatal Attraction
Ghoulies 2
Hellraiser
The Pick-up Artist
The Principal

On the music charts "Mony Mony" by Billy Idol, "I Think Were Alone Now" by Tiffany, "In My Dreams" by REO Speedwagon and "Bad" by Micheal Jackson were climbing their way in as "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" by Micheal Jackson and Seidah Garrett were at #1 Whitney Houston's "Didn't We Almost Have It All" at #2 and "Here I Go Again" by Whitesnake rocked at #3
