In my game last Friday, there was a strange play and good tackle on the sideline.
There was an interception on the 8 yard line and the defensive back was hooking it to the other end of the field (he did score on this 92 yard interception return). I was trying to keep up with the def back but I was having little success. One of the coaches was in the box where the chains run and where the officials are supposed to officiate. Just before I got to where the coach was, another coach grabs him around the chest and tackles him into the player's box.
I don't know if I would have run into him but if I had it would have been a fifteen yard penalty. Has anyone ever seen a coach do this before?
