Monahans will win this game. Owens will not allow to play like they did first half of last weeks first half giving Mid. Christian 21 only one drive was deserved. Loboes gave the mustangs to many gifts they will rebound big time this week look for a very discilined football team this week not a team playing on homecoming with those distractions they showed there youth last week. I am excited to see them play again.

I gotta go with the Loboes. The two week lay off between the Snyder and Midland Christian games was not good for Monahans. The Loboes should go to Andrews ready to play. GO LOBOES!

yeah he is. Andrews has a one man passing game and a two man running game, the reciever is of course #5 and the running game consists of the qb and the running back #21 but he got hurt against Stockton so I think it is #22 now. The Qb runs a ton of qb sweeps and option out of the spread. I mean about 12 times a game. The favorite passing routes are the slant, and the out and up to #5. By the goal line it is 50-50 the quick slant if #5 lines up on the right side of the formation or if he is in the slot it will be a post. I will take Andrews in this one due to the HomeField advantage and Homecoming, Stockton was flagged 12 or 13 times and had a fumble recovery and interception call reversed in the game.

After Week 0, I was hearing great things about both teams. Since then, both teams have had an unimpressive showing with turnovers and/or some uninspired play.

keep in mind that the score against stockton was 20-13 with 30 seconds to go or so. They lined up in power I and wanted that score to make it look better. They scored on third down. They commit alot of errors and do not have alot of numbers. But that Lee kid is a very good athlete. he does not come off the field.

My point exactly. And where has going 3-0 moved them?

Actually, I'm not saying that Andrews is underrated. I'm am pointing out that a majority of folks do not seem convinced that Andrews is going to be a Top 20 team. I'm certainly not convinced of that. But if they beat Monahans, I will have more respect for their team this year.

Andrews 41 Monahans 13 Monahans D out on field most of this game Andrews should have had more points with Monahans having given 4 turn overs inside Monahans 30 but that early in the game Monahans D was still fresh. Monahans O? Could not get it going. Andrews D had are numbers. Not looking good at all at this point for Monahans. Monahans next week if they play like this is going to be ran all over.
