Correct call...this was a perfectly executed "on side kick" that traveled a little over 10 yards and was recovered just before it went out of bounds. Vey good kick by Decatur.

Yep, They pooched it basically everytime. We tried probably
75% of the time. We just don't have a kicker that can kick it
deep.
Decatur appeared slow as a team. Josh Trant had like 16 yards
rushing on 13 carries. I don't know if he's hurt or what but he
usually puts up better #'s than that.
To our credit our DC tried something knew....BLITZING!:D ...we
were in their backfield all day.
Their interior run defense is pretty decent but nowhere near as
Vernon's always is. Their pass defense was average at best.

To our credit our DC tried something knew....BLITZING!:D we were in their backfield all day.[/B] they were? i saw a completly differnt defense than im used to seeing from sweetwater. only rushing the front 3 90% of the time, more worrried about the pass than the run. also why the quarterback had 5+ seconds to throw the ball just about every time. the front line looked weak and slow for decatur. decatur did a good job making a meh okay team look kinda decent. no offense, but it looks like decatur is having a really down year this year.
