Graham, Vernon, Burkburnett, and Hirschi are all 3 - 0. A very good team will probably miss the playoffs, just like Burk did last year.

Lion75. This is one of the toughest districts I have seen lately. Should be some good district football!

What's going on with Iowa Park. (the weakest link)

They got beat by wylie and childress.

Childress dismantled them 32-0.

I do not know what is going on up in IP, but I hope everything gets better!

They do seem strong. Victories over Wylie, Midland Christian, Greenwood, Decatur, etc. The region seems to be their's for the taking, barring injuries or grade problems, but AW will get better by playoff time, and if Snyder can find a defense, they could be tough. (Sorry, Sweetwater, this doesn't seem to be your year). How is the Panhandle doing? I haven't seen their scores.

I like VWG's comment. Donkey stomped. That was from a 2a school.

The main threat to this district is Will Clay and Snyder. No one seems to have an answer for him.

Graham and Vernon both have defenses geared to stop the run (see last year's playoffs). Snyder will need more than one player to go deep.

Will Clay runs like crazy in every game. Whoever stops him wins!

So far, teams are scoring in the 40's and 50's on Snyder's D. Give Clay his 250 yard's and 3 TDs and they will still lose.

Did he break his ankle or something against Vernon last year?

It will take more than one player to carry a team deep in the playoffs.

Hey Lion75 can you update us on Decatur if any is being said. Thought maybe since you were in the area you might could.

I think I heard that they had a couple of key players out early that are coming back now. Possibly a QB and RB. That could make them better than they've shown.

Decatur has been struggling offensively according to the Wise County Messenger, which is a great website with extensive video of Decatur, Bridgeport and Breckenridge
