Just got finished reading the updates and wow! Helluva game.

First of all, PI has absolutely nothing to hang their heads about. WO was already looking like a strong contender in D30 and this game could've gone either way. Those kids got a lot of seasoning in this game and that will come into play down the road.

I don't know if we have any WO posters on the board, but congrats. Looks like you're back. You had some great teams in the late-90's and early-00's. Is there another run of Fillmores and Gonzales' coming through? It's good to see you doing well again.

Congratulations to the West Oso Bears! Bears have a solid football team, much improved from last year. Their QB and RB are very elusive runners. The d line has some size and are quick to the ball. I am sure they will do well in district. Well disciplined played a very solid game. With some pretty decent speed.

I didn't know R4editor was going to be there, should have said something. So you and Rita were there....... :thinking: Sorry you had to go see PI when they were in some kind of funk. Hopefully you'll get to see them again in the playoffs.


PI had several unforced turnovers and continued to show not much improvement in the kicking game, this week. I could tell after the 1st TD, (1st play TD by Nolan) that they were in some kind of funk. Lot's of arm tackling, causing missed tackling (plus the QB & RB are elusive runners) o line look off and the Qb was under throwing open receivers. On the positive side, despite the turnovers and the poor showing they still managed to take it into overtime. Hopefully they got out of their system and will get refocused. Good chances there will be rematch and my hopes are that it will be with a different result.

Hey Rita my hubby kid that the last time you went to a Tarpon game (against Orange Grove) they lost too and he was like :thinking: :D
