computer help

im here at my apartment and cant sign on to aim/yim or anything else that requires me to sign in (besides the places ive got saved like here). i cant access my bank account, facebook,yim, my uta accounts to turn in homework.....


the thing is, so cant my roommates from their computers. is there a way around this?

Maybe call the ISP, could be they're having a problem.

I am assuming it is an encrypted wireless configuration.

Given that, you will need an encryption key that will allow you connect to your apartments wireless network.

Your apartment complex should be able to give you instructions for configuring your wireless card. Should be fairly simple process.

im connected through the ethernet on my desktop. no wireless. i wish i knew the provider but since it comes with the apartment and i dont see a bill i wouldnt know who to call

the only thing i could think is because i dont actually sign out of it.

everythig worked this morning because i didnt turn off my computer till about 2 hours ago when i installed my dvd burner. my roommate told me he couldnt sign into anything aswell and i laughed at him and called him stupid because mine worked.......

The apartment doesn't have a night manager? Every complex I ever lived in had one.

How is your email set up? Web based or email client?
