Tough to resell, homeowners association rules/regulations are something to look out for.

my wife owned one in Addison and we sold it when we got married because I already owned a house. It was no problem at all. It sold in two weeks and she got her asking price.

Couldn't tell ya much. My father in law is buying one in Riodoso. It is just a few miles from the ski slopes. He is now the coolest guy I know. He didn't mention anything out of the ordinary about buying it.
