Now that high school baseball is over and high school competition is over we can concentrate on the NBA finals. How many think the Spurs will be able to win it all? (and yes football is only about 2 1/2 months away and the time will pass quickly! :) )

It is half time of game two. Spurs are losing and looking sloopy. We will see.

About 7 minutes left in third quarter and Nets now lead Spurs by three 47 -44. Nets might get in serious foul trouble in fourth. Who knows? I wonder why I am posting because everyone is probably watching it on tv. :)

Now it is 4:11 left in third quarter and Spurs are really playing sloopy and getting killed by the Nets at 58 -45. Nets showing no respect for Spurs and putting it in thier faces and Spurs can do nothing about it. A split in San Antonio is just what Nets wanted. Looks back for the Spurs. Series is going to be even at 1 - 1.

Nets are ahead of Spurs by ten points at the end of the third quarter. Nets should be able to win since Spurs are playing so bad. Nets will be in good position to win the series with this win since the next two games are in NJ. Looks very bad for the Spurs.

There are 8:15 left in the game and Nets are ahead by 7 but Spurs have had too many turnovers and Nets seem to be in control. Not much hope for the Spurs tonight and maybe the series.

Spurs actually surprisedly had a chance to win it in last few seconds. I may have been too pessimistic because tonight the Nets were playing their best and the Spurs played terrible and had too many turnovers and missed free throws were costly. In spite of it the Spurs almost pulled it out. If they play just five percent better they might be able to beat the Nets in one of the games in NJ and get the home field advantage. We will see.
