In District 30AAA Sinton defeated Orange Grove 3 - 0, West Oso defeated Mathis 3 - 1 and Aransas Pass defeated Inglside 3 - 0. The winners above also won the JV games while the losers above won the freshmen games.

In District 30AAA after two district games Sinton and West Oso are at 2 - 0 while Aransas Pass and Ingleside are at 1 - 1 and Orange Grove and Mathis are at 0 - 2.

In other matches last night in 30AA Kingsville Academy defeated Ben Bolt 3 - 0.
In District 31AA Three Rivers beat Odem 3 -0 and Refugio defeated Bloomington 3 - 0 and Skidmore-Tynan Defeated Taft 3 - 1.
In District 32 AA Biship defeated Banquete 3 - 2 and my alma mater Freer defeated Premont 3 - 1 nad Rivera defeated Hebbronville 3 - 0.

In non district games Calallen beat George West 3 - 0 and Falfurrias defeated Woodsboro 3 - 1.

In the Corpus Christi District Carroll defeated Ray.

Right you are Sweetwater but it is still 2 - 1. They still have to win one more game. We will see.

Yes, the girls are doing very well. :) The battle for district will be awesome to watch. In earlier matches we've split with West Oso. Those games, as well as against AP should be good ones!! :thumbsup:

Cuero lost to Palacios :( 3 good games against a very good Sharkettes team.. 25-17; 25-19; 25-20 I think the Sharkettes are 22-4 and Lady Gobblers 9-6

That is right p4s. I noticed that too which was a shocker. The scores in that game were 25 - 16, 25 - 11, 23 - 25 and 25 - 12. I am thinking that in the third game West Oso may have rested some of their top players. But I have watched volleyball for years and quite often when a team is up 2 - 0 the third game is usually very close because the losing team seems to get some motivation to play extra hard to keep from getting swept.
Orange Grove who has had some real good teams in the past is having an off year. Sinton had no trouble with them.

Wharton beat Royal in 3 games...i think 13-6 or 7 on the season and 2-0 in district...plays ranked columbus friday in Wharton...
