Sweetwater?

Where the S'water posters at this year? Not much talk yet. I know the mustangs opened the season against two very good opponents, but Sweetwater v. Decatur is going to be a good game...

Anyone from out there know if that Quarterback from sweetwater is going to play this week? I hear he has been sittin out the first couple weeks.

The game will not be as fun to watch if there's no talk about it...

Hurt his back in the Vernon scrimmage. Supposedly, might be
back for the Canyon game.

Well i know that even without him, SW will be ready for this game. I can't wait. Not excited about the drive out there though... gonna be a long ride.

That's something I've been trying to figure out. Decatur gave up
a home game last year to play us in the Brownwood classic. I
figured we'd play them at a neutral site or in Decatur this year
and it's in Sweetwater. Decatur kinda got the raw end of the deal.

Looks to be a off year for both clubs this year. Still should be a fun game. Decatur's 'd' pretty decent this year. Offense still looking for it's identity.

The Sammy Baugh Classic was already set up for Week 2. Coach Story did originally want to play at a neutral site, but we where able to make some consesions and he agreed to play in Sweetwater. The Sammy Baugh Classic (Sweetwater Chamber) will be paying the majority of the travel expenses (meals, motel, etc..) for Decatur .

Then I'll need my hotel pillow fluffed and one of those tasty mints on my pillow.................

They are having chicken frys Friday night (catered by "The Center" at TSTC)..should be a pretty good meal, Rick has always done a good job out at TSTC!!!

Coach Story was working with the Days Inn on Saturday's "Brunch".
