I want to know why Texas Tech isnt ranked in any poll...i mean c'mon if A&M is 25th in the AP poll and 18th in USA Today we should be way inside that; what ranked team has to go into 3OT's to beat a "cupcake" team that should be an easy win? given Tech did come out flat against UTEP, Leach turned the defense aroung in the second half and it was a totally different game. Tech has a legit chance to do some good this year as a younger team, and maybe compete for the Big 12 title. I just cant see A&M beating either Texas or Oklahoma. Dont make this into another trash talking thread, i just cant see them under Fran running the tables.

In the 2005 season they took the "greatest team ever" USC down to the wire.

Tech just isn't a likeable school by the media.

Maybe when Tech runs the ball 25% of the time and they do it efficiently they might break into the top 25. A little tougher pre-conference games might help.

LSU belongs in that #1 spot. If they wind up playing USC I think it could turn into a rout. That defense is just flat out ridiculous.

yeah, you can say that again.....i wouldnt know why either, to tell you the truth I actually think that watching the air raid offense is fun, so people would watch it on tv, therefore drawing media attention to us. go figure. And yeah i didnt mean to take anything away from fresno state, but i mean if you're a ranked team they shouldn't have had that hard of a time with fresno. case in point: A&M vs. Army. it shouldnt have been that close. period.

An Aggie once told me this motto when things don't go right in their games.

idk....i agree with that defense from LSU...its ridiculus...but i think USC's offense with that rb and WR's......it would be a very good game if they play in the national championship

I remember the offense USC had in 2005 when there was two Heisman trophy winners in the backfield and they lost. :D

Just three more months until ESPN starts their December run of "How would the 2007 USC team do against the greatest teams of all-time" segment.

Ohio St 20 Akron 2
Texas 21 Arkansas St 13
And USC didn't exactly clobber Idaho last week.

But let's worry about A&M going into 3 overtimes against a team that has a reputation for not backing down from big programs, having played the likes of Oklahoma, USC, Wisconsin, Oregon, and Nebraska in recent years. God A&M!!! Schedule somebody! These Fresno St and Miami scrubs aren't going to get you anywhere.

I heard they are changing it up this year and it will be "How would the 2007 USC Trojans do against NFL teams"
