What does Brookshire Royal have this year? Can the Raiders overcome their penalty bug and go 3-0?

Brookshire always has some good athletes. I hear they have a big line to go with it but they barely got by a bad Hemstead team in their opener. I think Rice will get through this one with little resistance.
