I'm getting ready for bed and I get in and see NFL Matchup on and Jaws and Sal seemed mildly irritated at Hoge already for the weekly Vince is a horrible quarterback routine. Picking on a guy because he elected to run for a first down instead of hitting a WR on a deep crossing route seems a bit of a stretch to me. I like watching the show most of the time, but someone at ESPN has got to tell this guy to set aside whatever personal issues he has with Vince. The uneasiness between Jaws and Hoge when Vince is brought up is not good TV and it ruins an otherwise enjoyable show.
I know this was talked about last season, but I thought Hoge would at least wait until the real games started this year before he goes after the guy if the Titans get out of the gate slow this year and Vince struggles. I guess not.
