Texas had the ball on the 5, but racked up 2 offensive pass interferences and I think it's 4th down on that right now

haha...I was stuck with the A&M game too. Oh well it doesn't look like we've missed too much so far with the Horns.

I'm a little torn on this game. I want UT to pull out this win, but I also want to see TCU CB Raphael Priest do well since he is a Madison graduate.

Oh boy, Colt is stinking it up again... :(

Good to See the Greg Davis 3 yard routes are alive and well in Texas

He'll never change. He was an awful OC before, during and after the 2005 season. Mack will ride with the guy no matter what.

I cant blame Colt..they run the same style routes over and over, the D will key on it

McCoy is somewhat overrated, I think.

And Greg Davis is Greg Davis. Only Vince Young has ever made him look good.

It's gonna be a long season for Texas. But, hey, Mack just got a $300,000 raise.

Life is good ... for Mack Brown. But Texas ain't hungry anymore. They seem to be content to rest on their "recent national champions" laurels.

I forgive the Aggies for going three overtimes with Fresno State and preempting more than a quarter of this game. In fact, now I wish that game was still going on.

no way you can blame that second intercepton on mccoy

nate jones tipped the pass and it lazily bounced towards the defender

i blame TCU's outstanding defense on taking away the run and blanketing the recievers well

I disagree about players being content to rest on 2005..I think this team just has not found or does not have the player led leadership..Young, and others on the 2005 team were taken for granted in how they led the team..McCoy while being a solid leader IMO is not the true LOUD and get in your face guy like Young was

Greg Davis is working awfully hard to make the playbook this bad, lets try throwing a pass to a receiver that is actually moving.

Mine as well put Sherrod Harris or John Chiles in. There is no reason they can't throw the ball 5 yards downfield to a predetermined receiver like Colt is having to do.

Harris is hurt, but I wouldnt be that upset if they put Chiles in. Atleast the zone read would be affective then!!!

The Texas D combined with TCU making every mistake possible is turning this into a blowout.

Both. Fumble on the kickoff and then the bobbled snap on the punt for TCU. Those were both killers for the Frogs.

UT's front four played great the entire game. TCU's offense never got anything going. Take away the return on the interception and this score is 34-6.

I feel like TCU made a good showing though. Their defense is still one of the best in the country in my opinion. They did their best to keep the game close. They were just completely out of gas by the 4th quarter.

I was happy with the result. UT won and the 3A and under guys (Priest, Hodge etc...) did well for themselves for the most part for TCU.

Well, I have established my credentials as a "fair weather fan" of the Longhorns again on this thread.

Maybe McCoy isn't overrated. He's just inconsistent. He's still not Vince, but no one is, although I WOULD like to see Chiles TRY at some point.

Either TCU has no offense or the Texas "D" is UNDERrated. I think the Froggies were missing a key running back.

I thought Nate Jones of Texarkana played a helluva game. He's going to make it difficult for Billy Pittman to break back into the lineup.

I hope I'm wrong, of course, but I still have to give the nod to OU this year at the Cotton Bowl.
