You're going to have some shootouts from time to time. Every team goes through cycles on players, even Celina. They may just wind up having some games like that this season, but it doesn't matter as long as your offense is putting 40 or so on the board consistently.

it has been quite a while since Celina has had 27 pts scored on them. I wanna say Crawford 04 game. We lost 49-26. Ouch. Made up for it the next season though.

It was 35 21 at the half. Looked like a track meet. ALC was very fast. They would win Region 1 3a with ease and give 2 and 3 fits and win 4. They would beat Robinson I thought as we played them last week. Their passing attack was better than anybodies I have seen against us including Crawford. But for the record that was the best passing Game I have ever seen us have including Bboro last year. Just unbelievable game lots of fun. D did ok.
Missed one or two assignments which cost us scores but overall played well.
I would love to see the stats for the game. Seth was on target.

thanks for the breakdown - this is what i was looking for in another thread.

I was very impressed with Liberty Christian. I agree...they can give any 3A team a run for their money.

What I was impressed with was our 2 minute offense before the half. 1:20 on the clock. 15 yard out to romero on the left. 17 yard out to romero on the right.
Nice run by seth on the sprint pass option.
timeout. two more plays score. We went
60 yards in 35 seconds on a great attack
against a fast defense.
And the O was still sloppy a little. 4 snaps got dropped. A shotgun was bobbled and killed a play. Man it should have been 42 in the first half. Best offense I have seen.
