Greenwood coach Steve Taylor said he was surprised that Graham was more physical and out-hit his team in last Thursday's 20-0 season-opening loss in Abilene.

Graham out-gained the Rangers 297-230 and that included slowing Greenwood's running game to 186 yards on 44 carries.

"We can't let that happen again," said Taylor about letting an opponent be more physical. "It surprised me a lot because we always pride ourselves on being a very physical team. We were also pretty disappointed that we didn't run the ball well because that's where Greenwood hangs it hat on."

The Rangers may be without senior running back Bryce Williams (hip) for this Friday's game at Crane. That would mean junior Kinsey Williams, who led the team with 85 yards rushing on 19 carries, might carry a big load this week. Taylor added that K.C. Proctor and Blake McColloch could also get a few carries.

The Rangers might also be without MLB Kyler Hatley (concussion) and FS Willie Dains (shoulder) as both are questionable.
