Growing up in East Texas I guess I was spoiled having David Smoak's Sports Talk, a 3-hour sports talk program that during football season focused on East Texas high school football.
In college, as I worked for a high school football website, I had my own segment on a sports talk program in Texarkana.
Now that I've moved to Dallas, I've found that the big market boys feel that it's beneath them to talk high school football. I can't stream Sports Talk because you have to live in a four county area to be eligible to purchase a subscription.
What I'm left with is an hour long sports talk show that my hometown radio station in Atlanta has started streaming. It's great for Rabbit football coverage, but you don't hear much about the rest of the region or state.
Does anyone know of any good sports talk programs for hs football I can stream over the net?
