that current Appalachian State coach Jerry Moore used to be the HC at North Texas (79-80) and Texas Tech (81-85)? He started at Corsicana HS and was an asst coach at SMU and Nebraska before his first head job at UNT.

Ad another surprise is the the University is not located in Colorado but in North Carolina. :)

Phi...did you know that BlowU Coach Bob Stoops owns a timeshare in Boone, NC??? He said in his press conference that he would sell it...wait give it away to anybody that wanted it as he has never used it.

Stoops has a timeshare to give away: Stoops was asked Tuesday about Appalachian State's upset victory at Michigan, and someone wondered if he knew where Appalachian State was.

"Boone, North Carolina," Stoops quickly responded. "In fact, somebody way back about 16 or 17 years ago sold me a timeshare there, and I've never been to it. If anybody is looking for one, I'd be willing to ... well, you can have it, actually."

I have read that, & the town of Boone is supposed to be a beautiful & scenic place set in the mountains.

Why association does Appalachian have with Colorado Phil? I think Rockies when I hear Colorado...
