Funnel clouds possible(www.victoriaadvocate.com)

A funnel cloud was reported three miles north of Port Lavaca at 11:35 a.m. and was moving north, according to the National Weather Service.
The atmosphere will be favorable for the development of additional funnel clouds through this afternoon across the northern Coastal Bend and Victoria region. Most of these funnel clouds will be short lived and should not reach the ground, according to the weather service. However, residents should be prepared to seek shelter in the unlikely event a funnel does reach the ground.
