Well at least its not a shot for shot remake like Psycho was. It is a "reimagining" of the original. :D

The one with JLC all grown up at that school was just stupid, IMO. But, I guess it wasn't stupid enough for me to change the channel before it was over. :nerd:

my oldest and youngest son's went and saw it yesterday - not too terribly impressed but it did explain some of Michael's early childhood and other unanswered questions.. I'll wait for the DVD to come out to see it

The movie earns a 3 out of 5 stars in my opinion. The white trash family in the beginning got pretty out of hand. The "f" word was used no fewer than 20 times.

We saw it tonight, scared the heck outta my girlfriend. I think it did justice to the original. What freaks me out the most is how Michael Myers sister looks just like Mandy, for reals though.

It was not bad..not great..Could not stand the character playing his siter..VERY boring..Also her best friend is the girl from Halloween 5..she is 30 years old playing a teenager..and did not look like a teen..heck she played a College student in Urban Legend which was like 8 years ago



I liked Malcom as the doctor, he gave a different edge than Donald Pleasance ever did
