Sorry for the loss but it was nice getting to call slpybear and updating each other on our games. Wish someoone from the other teams in our district would do the same. Any body from Lake Dallas, Lake Worth, Sanger and Little Elm?

The Bulls looked great until they get on the 4 yd. line and can't score. From there it was all downhill.

Bridgeport played terrible, and it showed. The low point was a nice stand by the Defense against the second team O... The punt bounces at the 10 yd line due to decision by return man... ball rolls to the 6 inch line and stops. Next play, shotgun snap goes low to the B'port QB's hip and fall into endzone... Gainesville player recovers for TD... That pretty much somes up the game.

One good play on Offense. Several nice stands on Defense.

As for Gainesville... hat's off to you guys. You have a very good team and took care of business with us like you should. Focus on each game and don't think too far ahead and you should do well and far into the postseason. Great speed, great talent, great size. Our OLine had trouble all night with your boys. And a special nod to your coach, who with a little over a minute on the board and the ball inside our 40... had your team start taking a knee, when he could have drove down again... that is class.

Well, we have said all year the Bulls are learning... tonight was a different kind of lesson, but another lesson nonetheless...

ps - I reminded some of my friends that we used to drill teams like this during preseason. Don't forget how it feels, so it will make you work harder to win.
