Doesn't mean much if you can't win it all.

I count 33

Last regular season loss was to Gainesville week 8 in 2003.

won final 2 games of 2003
went 10-0-0 in 2004
went 10-0-0 in 2005
went 10-0-0 in 2006
so far 1-0-0 in 2007

kof was confused

celina has 42 consecutive wins vs. non-district opponents in the regular season (although i don't even know if that number is correct--it is from the DMN and i don't feel like counting it up again right now)

I count 41

last nondistrict loss was to Sanger in 3rd game of 1998

won games 4 & 5 in 1998 = 2 wins
went 5-0-0 in 1999
went 5-0-0 in 2000
went 5-0-0 in 2001
went 5-0-0 in 2002
went 5-0-0 in 2003
went 5-0-0 in 2004
went 5-0-0 in 2005
went 3-0-0 in 2006
currently 1-0-0 in 2007

That adds up to 41 . Am I missing a win somewhere?

nope, that's right
i remember know--21-7 loss against liberty christian, then a win and then a 22-19 loss against Sanger in Celina ( i know that because we lost 35-34 in double overtime the year before--although i can distinctly remember 3 overtimes!)

Thanks for your help,It is something really cool to be part of,just hope it keeps going,But it will be really tuff with our preseason list.I do know of two teams that lost heart breakers last year to us that want a shot to end the streak.

lol the 44 in my name refers to 44 wins in a row - regular season, district, and playoffs (won 2 state championships then lost the state game which would have been 45) - the streak now is just regular season/district - whether it ends next week or the next or not - it's a nice run for sure:)
